FAQ

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days but may take longer during peak seasons. Standard international delivery may take from 4 business days up to 34 business days depending on destination.

Q: What carriers do you use for delivery?

A: For deliveries within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we use parcel machines of Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD. For international deliveries the carriers may vary, we will choose the courier with the quickest delivery time.

Q: Who is responsible for paying delivery costs?

A: The customer is responsible for paying the delivery costs. 

Q: What happens if my country has import taxes or duties?

A: For some countries, there may be additional import taxes or duties charged by the local government when goods are imported. In countries where this applies, it is the customer's responsibility to submit any required import documentation and pay the applicable import taxes or duties. Canuzzo.com is not responsible for these additional fees - they must be paid by the customer to the authorities in their country.

Q: When should I report any issues with my order like defects or damages?

A: Please inspect orders immediately upon receipt. Notify us immediately if any errors, defects or damages are found by contacting us at hello@canuzzo.com

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel for a full refund, excluding any delivery costs incurred if the order has already been shipped.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Please email us at hello@canuzzo.com to request return instructions. Make sure to include your order number, name and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What goods are eligible for return?

A: For a return or refund, the goods must be in the original packaging and unused with tags and labels still attached. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.

Q: Will I get refunded for returned items?

A: If your return request meets the conditions outlined in the present polity, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving back the returned item. The refund will be to the original payment method.

Q: What is your returns policy for gift purchases?

A: If the item was purchased and shipped as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit. If the gift giver shipped to themselves first before gifting, any refund will go to the gift giver.

This Delivery and Returns Policy forms part of our General Terms and Conditions of sale. Please ensure you have read both this policy and our full General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase from our online shop at canuzzo.com.

 Some key points to note:

  • The delivery and returns processes and timeframes outlined here are subject to the terms set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything contained in this Delivery and Returns Policy or our General Terms and Conditions.

  • In the event of any conflict between this policy and our General Terms, the terms of this Delivery and Returns Policy will take precedence for issues relating specifically to delivery and returns.

  • For all other sales terms including payment, pricing, warranties etc. please refer to our full General Terms and Conditions.

  • By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms of both this Delivery and Returns Policy and our General Terms and Conditions of sale. If you have any other questions please contact our customer support team.

Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days but may take longer during peak seasons. Delivery is performed by our selected couriers from our warehouses in Tallinn and Lante küla, Estonia. In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania the deliveries and returns are handled by Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD. In these three countries  the deliveries are made to the customer’s nearest parcel machine of the selected courier.

In case of international delivery the couriers may vary. Standard international delivery may take from 4 business days up to 34 business days depending on destination. Any extraordinary delays will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email. Canuzzo OÜ is not liable for delays which occurred due to circumstances we could not control or foresee (force majeure).

The customer is responsible for paying the delivery costs. The estimated delivery costs by country are listed in the table below. If your country is not shown, refer to the "Rest of the World" section. Please note that the delivery fees can change for orders with multiple items or higher weight. We at Canuzzo.com will do our best to keep this cost information up-to-date based on what our shipping partners provide. However, the final delivery fee will be displayed at checkout and that should be considered the most accurate amount.

In countries where additional import procedures apply, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit the necessary import declaration/other documentation and cover the applicable taxes and duties. 

Returns and Refunds

These regulations apply only to the products purchased directly through canuzzo.com online  shop. Returns/refunds for items purchased elsewhere must be addressed to the original retailer.

Defects / Damage

Please inspect orders immediately upon receipt. Notify the Company immediately if any errors, defects or damages are found. 

In case the damage has occurred during delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to collect necessary evidence and file a claim with the delivery company. 

In case production defects or damage (outside of normal wear and tear) are identified within 2 years after the delivery date, we will proceed to reimburse the cost of the product (excluding the delivery costs and any customs duties and taxes) and You will be required to follow the return process outlined below.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please note it may take up to additional 30 days until the refund transaction is processed by your bank and you actually receive the funds.

While we thoroughly tested the gear, certain elements may potentially exhibit defects during use. The equipment is also susceptible to normal wear and tear, especially with strong pulling dogs.

Your dog's safety and well-being are solely your responsibility. Canuzzo cannot be held liable for any issues regarding your dog's health or safety. 

The Canuzzo harnesses are not suitable for sled pulling, canicross and other sports that involve pulling. For safety purposes, we strongly advise against tying your dog by the leash or on a chain while your dog is wearing the Canuzzo harness. 

Please inspect all harness components regularly. If your dog pulls hard, take extra safety measures and check the fit and condition more frequently. Strong forces may cause faster deterioration, so close monitoring is advised when using the gear with powerful pullers. At this time we do not offer repair or replacement for products damaged during the normal use. However, we will be happy to offer repair advice or supply separate parts and elements on request. Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. 

Please note that in case the order is cancelled before We hand the order to the courier will be refunded in full. However, in case the order is requested to be cancelled after We hand the order to the courier, the Customer will still bear the delivery costs. In this case the Customer will need to receive the package from the courier and follow the return process outlined below. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods are not used and not washed with the original labels and tags attached

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. 

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@canuzzo.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address

  • The order number

  • The reason for the return

We will then provide additional instructions within 5 business days.

You should send the Goods at the following address via your local postal service or any other preferred shipment method:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return of products marked as gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
